127 Saloon: A Hidden Gem in Meridian for Food and Fun

New bar! Outstanding too. Pool table, riding bull, full bar and really good food. I posted a pic of the menu. It's not very big, but it's really delicious. Service is outstanding. Taryn was my bartender /server. Great knowledge of unique drinks (try the Honey Lemonade) and very personable. They also use real grenedine, not Rose's. I absolutely recommended 127 Saloon if you're in Meridian and looking for a drink with more than just a bite to eat.

This place is a hidden gem! Went on a Monday night for my birthday with a group of friends and let’s just say, we will DEFINITELY be going back often! Our servers name was Riley and she was AMAZING! The food was absolutely delicious! Hands down the best burger I’ve had in the treasure valley! The only disappointment is not knowing about this place sooner!

I have been going to the 127 for over 6 months now it is a great line dancing bar the bartenders are fast and have great personality’s. The security does an amazing job keeping everyone happy. I only thing that bugs me is the Dj that was playing at the bar last night. He does not play the country songs that are requested. He’s never in the booth to request the songs all of us dancers like. Then when you request the songs he takes forever to play them. He plays favorites. The DJ that was there last weekend the girl she does great keep the atmosphere happy and when you request a song it come on in like 2 songs she does an amazing job.

This was the first time we've been here since the remodel and we loved it! The bar is super cool and everything is nice and open. The addition of the mechanical bull is awesome! The menu is great and has a good variety. We had the pulled pork and it was delicious! The staff were super friendly and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

I can not say enough nice things about this establishment, its owner, its managers and its staff! Wow! I was in town for a funeral and I attended a family meal that was hosted by the 127 owner, the Manager Joe and the assistant manager Victoria. I was simply blown away by the kindness of the owner, I’d do not even catch his name but he was there to make sure it ran smooth running drinks, getting food etc, when a owner is hands on like this you know you’re in the right place. It was a sad occasion but the 127 and its amazing team did such a wonderful job offering smiles and anything they could to make people comfortable. Joe was such a cordial and kind man and his compassion for people shows in the way he greets and attends to everyone in his building. I do not live in this town, but I will never come here again without visiting this place and leaving a nice tip for the staff that made a hard day easier, their hearts were big and their smiles were bigger. The owner and the manager of this place have put something magical together and I hope the locals realize what a gem of a place they have and more so I hope the locals realize Joe, Victoria and their team really care about people and they deserve success! I hope this review finds at least one person looking for a new regular spot. The 127 and its sister bars are what you have been looking for,they also do line dancing and barn dancing. I missed that but heard it’s fun.

Our unforgettable experience at 127 Saloon in Meridian, Idaho included not only fantastic bar food and exhilarating bull riding but also an incredible display of swing and line dancing. I wanted to go line dancing for my birthday, so I found this place. I invited several of my friends, and we showed up to dance and had an absolute blast. The lessons were great and I love that they taught you a song and went through it with you and then gave you a little break with some other songs. The girl teaching the lessons was awesome and had a great attitude. She’s so darling. Once the DJ started, it was line dances mixed with swing dances. A lot of guys are knew how to dance, and we’re so sweet to ask our friends to dance. That wasn’t what we went for, but I definitely felt like it was appropriately, social dancing, not guys trying to hit on my friends. Such a great atmosphere so fun! We ordered a lot of different food, their fried pickles were really yummy, the western burger was good, and the fries were really good. I ordered some tater tot appetizer, thinking that we could share it all, but it was like six big tater tots, they were fancy though and really delicious. I had a bite of my sister’s tacos and they were so good! I’ll be getting those next time. I emailed the staff to make sure that we had a spot and wanted to make sure everything was happening as I was hoping. They were great at making sure that we were taking care of and super helpful while we were there. There was 14 of us, and everyone loved it so much that we definitely want to come back!
